Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at BBDU ensures the absolute security, quality of life and well-being of women employees and students on the University campus. The Cell promptly looks into all kinds of complaints to protect the interests of women and safeguard them from any form of abuse or harassment.
The Committee is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe and inclusive environment where every woman feels protected and empowered.
To prevent sexual harassment and promote the general well-being of female students, teaching and non-teaching women staff of the University.
To ensure appropriate working conditions in respect of work, leisure, health and hygiene so that no hostile environment exists and no woman employee feels disadvantaged in connection with employment.
To provide clear guidelines for redressal of grievances related to sexual harassment of female students, teaching and non-teaching staff.
In case of any kind of victimization, complaints in writing or on the phone can be lodged with any of the members of the Cell.
